Reflecting the fragility and beauty of nature

Hi, I’m Andrea Kemmer, the printmaker and hands behind AnKe Studio. My work focuses on botanical motifs, the beauty and fragility of nature.

AnKe Studio was born out of my love for printmaking and plants. I predominantly draw inspiration from quiet moments spent outdoors. Rather than capture the subject in detail, my prints aim to reflect the calming essence of this experience. In my work, I invite you to pause and reconnect with the natural world. AnKe Studio aims to offer a way to cherish that connection through original handmade prints.

I primarily work in linocut, a traditional relief printmaking technique, with occasional monoprint experiments. All my work is carved and individually hand printed in my home studio in London, England.

AnKe Studio is guided by my love and respect for nature – use of eco-friendly material is at the heart of my practice.
